About Brenda and Luis

Specialties
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, commercial property, farms and vacant land within Green and Lafayette counties, Wisconsin. We both enjoy helping people with residential property, and Luis is experienced in working with commercial properties.

We frequently work with people who are relocating, and, as transplants ourselves, we enjoy helping people move their lives to the Monroe area.

Brenda is also uniquely qualified to work with environmentally conscious buyers and sellers as she has completed specialized training in green and eco-real estate. .

We embrace technology as the way of the future of real estate, but we also have the old fashioned know-how necessary to work in today’s real estate market.

Personal
Green County residents since 2001, we have come to love this area. The combination of urban and rural living in the area coupled with the many opportunities for outdoor and cultural activities make the Green, Lafayette and Stephenson county area a special place.

Married since 1995, we enjoy working together and, like so many parents, we balance the needs of family and work. Current hobbies of ours include spending time with our four children, traveling, gardening and volunteering with local service organizations including Monroe Main Street, Monroe Theatre Guild, Future Forward Green County, and Stateline Homeschoolers.
